How to replace the gasket

Wash with a soft sponge or brush and a mild dishwashing detergent, then rinse thoroughly.Remove any moisture from the groove and allow it to dry completely.Install the silicone gasket. When doing so, avoid using tools as much as possible and fit it into place by hand. If tools are necessary, cover the tip with a cloth or use the handle of a toothpick, taking care not to damage the gasket.
